As this article from the Sunday Business Post outlines, National Irish Bank is to be the headline sponsor of the inaugural Irish Law Awards.

The partnership was announced last Friday in conjunction with publication of the list of finalists, which include The Revenue Solicitors Office, UCD law school debating team and Fr. Kevin Reynolds’s solicitor, Robert Dore.

The awards will be presented on May 4 at a lunch in the Shelbourne Hotel dublin, hosted by current affairs broadcaster Miriam O’Callaghan.

The Sunday Business Post is the media partner for the event.

More than 100 legal firms, individuals, law schools and departments in the corporate sector were nominated for the National Irish Bank Irish Law Awards. The finalists were selected by an adjudication panel headed by former chairman of the Law Reporting Council for Ireland.

Stephen Foley, head of sales and marketing at National Irish Bank said. “As a bank that is focused on delivering specialist advisory-based services to corporate and private clients, this partnership represents a natural fit for us, as it rewards excellence in individuals and in corporate firms.
